Part Identification

Submit the OEM part number, drawing, or physical sample. We confirm SLS suitability and feasibility.

Reverse Engineering

Where no digital design data exists, we reverse-engineer from the physical part using structured light scanning or CMM measurement.

Material Selection

We select the optimal EOS-qualified material — matching or exceeding the original specification for strength, temperature, and chemical resistance.

Design for SLS

The part geometry is optimised for SLS production — wall thickness, feature resolution, and post-processing reviewed and adjusted.

Document & Produce

Every part ships with full traceability documentation — material certificates, dimensional reports, and batch records. The digital file is the permanent tooling.

Once a part is qualified and approved, the design file replaces physical tooling permanently. Reorders require no re-qualification, no new tooling, and no minimum order. The part is available on demand — indefinitely.
